Then send it with the appropriate entry fee to the address on the form.
Remember.... - places are limited and entries are accepted on a first-come-first-served basis - each cartie must have a separate entry
Waiver & Consent
All team members and Marshalls must complete a Waiver form, and all under-18's must have a consent form completed by their parent/guardian. These forms may be submitted at any time up to the Event.
